To whomever is considering purchasing a vehicle from San Luis car sales this warning is for you. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!nIn the beginning of December I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from San Luis Auto Sales. I live 5 miles from work and drive this vehicle to and from work daily. For the Christmas holiday I decided to drive to my hometown in Louisiana and surprise my mother. What I wasn’t prepared for was the surprise I got. My vehicle broke down and I had to have it towed to a dealership. To my surprise the shop called me a few days later and informed me that my transmission needed to be replaced and that the faulty codes had been previously CLEARED. When I called San Luis to speak to the owner I was told that they could not assist me as it would violate Georgia law for them to do so. According to my attorney there is no Georgia law that prevents an independent auto dealer from assisting one of their recent buyers especially since its apparent they did not check the vehicle out properly or at the very minimum their mechanic is not trained well. I had to spend 4406.50 to have the vehicle repaired at a Jeep dealership, I had to stay in Louisiana 4 extra days, I missed 4 days of work in addition to having my Christmas ruined. I want to send a warning to anyone considering buying a car from San Luis Auto Sales in Douglas to beware! Once they have your money they will hide behind lies about Georgia laws that do not exist. I have my attorney reviewing all of the paperwork I signed and I am writing a complaint to the Used Car Licensing Board as well as the Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs, and the BBB.

They OVER price their cash cars. 2004 Toyota Camry with 170000 miles at 5000.

Great place to get a great deal on a vehicle. Couldn't ask for a better experience in purchasing a vehicle. All personnel at San Luis Cat Sales have great, friendly personalities. I got a great deal on the truck I purchased and highly recommended them. Thanks guys(amigos) !
