Seems like the service department is the same as prince ford before, terrible. I come in for an airbag recall appointment and was told it would take 1.5 hours to finish. 1.5 hours later my car had not left the spot they parked it in. I ask what happened and was told that they couldn't find the part. For the 1.5 hours i sat here wasting my time and was never given the courtesy and given an update. Then for over 30 minutes my car sits in the bay with nobody working on it, allthewhile my ticket gets skipped by the mechanics. If it wasn't because of this being a recall job i'd have done it myself.

Browsing for vehicle and I received call from Anderson Ford inquiring about my internet search for 2019-2020 Mustang 5.0 manual. Explained situation with purchasing and trading. Texted occasionally Saturday got salesman pictures of trade and everything. Come Sunday I received maybe 1 text and after that I’ve heard nothing from this salesman Watts. Absolutely horrible service not what I excepted after 1st conversation but things aren’t always what they appear!

Terrible service, terrible communication and an absolutely rude sales manager. do not deal with these guys
