Placed Graduation announcement order in December, item description clearly stated “...Includes your date, time, and place of graduation and formal elements. Includes inner and outer envelopes.” Received our announcements yesterday- NO time, NO date, NO place. I basically paid $136 for fancy folded paper and name cards!! I emailed our local HJ office immediately last night and since I hadn’t received a response I called them today. Spoke with Haley(?), who informed me that the local office couldn’t help me with a whole or partial refund because corporate office handles website advertising/item descriptions and complaints. She then gives me the wrong number for the corporate office I needed. After spending 30 minutes trying to get the correct office, I am informed that corp. can in no way assist me with my situation as my local HJ office is responsible for: working with HJ web design team to make sure products are advertised correctly for their area, issuing any type of refund, and handling customer complaints.

Great experience! Very friendly staff, one young lady was extremely helpful! I believe her name was Rachel Mizell. Highly recommend!

They incorrectly sized my sons finger and Senior class ring! I was inconvenienced and had to drive 3 hours to take my son back to Herff Jones in Statesboro Ga to have his finger resized! I also have to wait an additional 2 weeks before they will have his ring fixed and mailed to me! And to add to the situation the Manager I spoke with named Morgan was rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional! She did not have good customer service skills and did NOTHING to satisfy myself or my graduating Senior! For a total price tag of $622 my sons order should have been done CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME!!! And Seniors at both Liberty County High schools orders was WRONG!!!! I dont recommend Herff Jones for Seniors graduate items!!! Unexceptable!!!
