They treated me like family. They let me take several samples homes for weeks at a time (one sample was taken for a year due to COVID). They measured my house at my convenience, and gave me some cleaning freebies after making a purchase. Very polite and friendly. I have tried calling four different flooring companies and they all gave me the run-around but as soon as I talk to an employee from Floors Outlet they sent out an employee that same day. They were very nice and respectful and gave me step-by-step details on what they were going to fix. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this business. Number one flooring business in Statesboro.
