Has a lot of great apparel and school supplies. Great location and the perfect place to grab textbooks. I always find something that I like in here.
Web store is just ok, and item arrived quickly. However it was damaged and I had really hard time getting them to process a return. The person answering the phone was not trained it processing returns, and they kept telling me to ship it back at my expense. I finally spoke to someone else and they eventually processed a return label. Why order online if returns are so difficult?nnUpdate: Someone from GA Southern reached out to me via email to apologize and work to correct any problems with my return. The email was very thorough and sincere, and I appreciate their customer service follow up. I bumped this up to 4 stars for their professional follow up.
