We had ace in the past and the service was good. Started calling to get a quote to upgrade our system. I could not get a call back. My wife called spoke with Rick and set an appointment for 9:30. Now just to be clear my wife agreed to the early time due to me having some late afternoon appointments. No show at 9:30 called, did not get Rick but was told he had scheduled it at 6:30. I would have never agreed to that time. Put it simply Ace could care less about past customers so if this apply 's to you don't waste your time. I would advise to look for other options. Called two other companies just now and one is on the way and the other at 1pm. I guess the difference is they want new customers.
