Our experience in the past here was pretty good.. then the other day we brought home a sandwich in which the bread was hard and crunchy. It was a bit of a drive from our house, and on our way out we forgot to grab the sandwich. We went in anyway and the person that remembered us from earlier that day. They would not replace our sandwich without a receipt or the sandwich. That seemed ridiculously being that they remembered us from earlier that day. We end up having to pay for another sandwich which made me have to write this review. The next day we went to the subway in Holladay which had been closed the night before. There are places sandwich no problem, which I told them was good for business and it created good feelings for the customer.

it's so appetizing. quick and friendly service. this place has a nice feel to it. i can see why they have a lot of good reviews.

Went in about two days ago in the evening and a young man about 16 or 17 helped me out and had a great attitude and was very patient. Did not catch his name but great service! Will be returning.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! We order four sandwiches and had them delivered through door dash and two of them where not what we a had ordered at all, not even close. I understand that mistakes happen and all I wanted was for them to make me the two sandwiches they screwed up. When I called I was given the excuse that they messed up because they where busy, which I get. But then she says there was nothing she could do about it and that she couldn't make me the correct sandwiches or give me my money back and when I asked to speak to the manager she said there wasn't one. What kind of food service establishment A. doesn't have a manager and B. refuses to make good on a mistake that they openly admitted to making? Needless to say, I will never eat there again and would advise anyone else to drive further down state street to the other subway. I only gave it 1 star because I had to in order to post this, otherwise I wouldn't have even given them 1 star.
