I came here on a sunday and order about 6 sandwiches and the employees their were awesome!! I give them ***** stars

This place is the worst. My younger sister and I went on a lunch run for the family, when we got into the store the two employees didn’t even acknowledge us. We literally were standing there for a good 5 minutes, nobody was in the store but us. To be fair, they were making sandwiches for possibly an online order, but they didn’t even have the audacity to at least acknowledge us and say, “We’ll be with you shortly.” When they FINALLY took our order they both had hostile body language, and one of the guys didn’t change his gloves after putting his mask on. When it came time to pay the guy didn’t even hand me or push my order towards me. He just threw the receipt and left. I had to reach over the counter and grab my sandwiches. I don’t write reviews unless something really bugs me, but this time it really irritated me. This subway always has the worst customer service.

Okay first of all, I want to say that JEFF IS AWESOME!!! I just barely walked out of this Subway and I had to write a review immediately because of this insane experience. The other female employee working tonight was having a conversation on the phone and SCREAMING yelling in the dining area!!! There where times when I had to yell over her for Jeff to take my order and he still couldn’t understand me! So then I just stopped and waited for her to quiet down for a second. She was completely oblivious and didn’t care when I walked in and let me wait at the counter until I had to go look back to see if there was anyone else there and Jeff was busy working in the back while his coworker was on the phone for an hour. Sorry Jose cheated on you, but COME ON! This conversation couldn’t have waited?! Be professional.
