Regal Oviedo Mall

EDIT: Original review was 2 stars. Since then the Movie Theater has gotten much much better Seats are all working, AC on full blast making it feel like an ice box, and concessions is working as good as evernnOriginal Review: The past 2 movies i went to were Almost Christmas and assassin's creed. Both theaters were completely dirty and had broken seats, on top of that, the room was more hot than the outside.

Came to watch Tenant for my birthday and the movie kept going out, understadably we shared that with the team and they corrected it, or so it appeared. The movie went out once again and we asked the manager Andy to help, and instead of being helpful or attentive, he just said we purchased the wrong tickets and that he couldn’t help. Andy as a manager handled this very poorly. Terrible leadership and experience.

They help me the best way they could. Super nice. Nice selection of jewelry hanging around I noticed. So it was a great experience for Me everything worked out fine. And usually nothing comes out fine nowadays does it??

We love this theatre. Maria is the sweetest. We look forward to seeing her smiling face at the counter every time we go.

The regal here at oviedo is always tidy and the viewing doesn't have any real poor seating situation, I have experienced them overselling tickets once before due to the Regal App not syncing on their end but besides that not trouble!
