Employee made our sandwiches quick and correctly. Dining area was clean and quite besides the old school rock playing over the system. The woman's bathroom was gross tho someone had made a mess. But overall a good dine in experience with a good friend
This Subway location has the worst customer service and the Manger is very rude! Here is a piece of advise for you and your team! 1. Don’t send a email confirmation saying my order is ready to be picked up, and then get an attitude because I get there and ask for my order only to find out that you haven’t even started my order. 2. Don’t ever tell your customer to step back and wait their turn when your customer order online in advance and only went to pick up her order because your store sent and email advising it was ready to be picked up, don’t tell me come get my order then tell me wait my turn because you don’t have it ready! 3. To the manger of this store don’t ever assume by somebody’s skin color that they do not understand what you are saying as you are bad mouthing your customer to your employees! I will never go back to this store!
