Poor service for an airport restaurant where people don't have time to wait
They no longer serve soup at Zupas, everything is just super watery. The chicken enchilada chili has the viscosity of nail polish remover, and I think nail polish remover would taste better.
At one point it was one of my favorite soups to dip their fresh bread in but every item on the menu has gotten super cheap they’re no longer worth my money.
Cheap food at this location - excellent. i really loved this place. looking forward to returning with my friends.
Kirsten is the best by far here. Anyone who reads this, tell her she's great and tell her co workers too. Oh yeah, the foods good too.
I loved the lady who took my order over the phone!! She needs acknowledgement and should move up just saying, it’s hard to find such customer friendly representatives even tho that’s the position they were hired into!! She gave me hope in the world!! 🤗
