Nice park..friendly...close to the freeway....60 mi. from either Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico. New shopping area.....lots of great restaurants. FLEA market...reasonable home prices. No state income taxes. Gated community and 2 miles fromna Reginal hospital and Watson Clinic....all great doctors. Pets welcomed.

A great community we're neighbors always wave to each other. this is a great place to live as everybody gets along and it's a wonderful place to live. It reminds me of the small town I grew up in. This is a place where neighbors become friends.

I'm a renter for the winter but, it is a very nice place. The people have all been very neighborly.
