Bedrock Citrus Center Colony 55 Mobile Home Community

I am a resident here. It is a quiet, safe community. Close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. About 10 min. from anything, just right for convenience & privacy from traffic.

Well it used to be an ok place to live but they keep raising the lot rent. I have known people who have lived there for 9 years and the lot rent has more than doubled with no real benefits. The water goes off all the time and the park does NOT even provide any water to the residents to hold them over. They have to go buy their own. This is a common problem. There is no pool. They have with the new owners repaved the roads. But again for that kind of money I would look elsewhere.

Older park but seems all they do is paint. Hopefully they will pave the roads as promised.

It is NOT DIRTY by any means, Deanna Freeman is a manager for the park across the street, so her review is a total conflict, and a ploy for her to make more money. We have our issues like any neighborhood does, but the management works diligently to correct all issues in a timely manner. We do have a busy body that likes to mind everyone's business but her own, other than that, were a very quiet community.
