J & A is absolutely the best! I would recommend them to anybody! After my vehicle was hit and subsequently totaled by the insurance company, Eric was fantastic helping me navigate my way through the process. Insurance companies will have you believe that their decision on what you receive in compensation for your broken or totaled vehicle is final. Eric at J & A, with his knowledge of the law, helped explain to me that you have the right and obligation to negotiate. I was able to maximize my settlement for the true value of my car and put it toward a new used car. Thank you J & A! You guys are the best!

After a hit and run, there was considerable damage to my front end. I was looking for an Auto Body shop to fix it and thankfully, I found J&A auto body. My experience there was exceptional. Eric was informative, professional and fair and very kind. I've never had any kind of incident with a car, and he made me feel comfortable, by explaining everything in detail, up to and including, his willingness to fight the insurance company to get what you deserve. I don't think you could find a better place to get your car repaired as they go above and beyond. I highly recommend.

People, trust me, you don't want to go anywhere else if you are looking for quality and very fair pricing!! These guys Eric and Joe went above and beyond in making me happy. And trust me, they did! THEY TRULY DO CARE. Their work is exceptional!! If i ever need anymore work done on my car, I will not hesitate to go anywhere else but to J and A auto in Wakefield. VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK!! Eric and his team at J and A are the best. They go to bat for their customers with insurance agencies, and they explain everything to the customer so we completely understand the process. I never once had to call them asking for an update - they were calling me just to give me updates throughout the process. The work they do is outstanding and you can't get better customer service.
