Great service. I came in late one day, right at 5pm when they were locking the doors for the day. The owner opened up, let me in and made sure I had everything I wanted to purchase and needed for my Koi pond. He took the time and did not rush me out the door. I appreciate him and his sales person making the effort to stay late and allow me to purchase the supplies I needed and not making me come back the next day.

Found koi smart by watching youtube videos in my area. Setting up a tank with my kid and came here they had everything needed. They have a great selection of goldfish and koi and super excited to come back when the tank room is complete to check out that selection

We had such a wonderful experience here yesterday. Andy was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He showed us all the ponds on the property, explained the differences between the fish and all the different aquatic plants. He was very patient as we selected our plants, taking great care to pick excellent ones and wrap them up and he even put them in our car. Our young daughters were delighted that he took the time to help them select the fish they wanted. When we went inside to pay, he took special time to help us select the right food and water treatment options, and even offered to write down all the plants we had purchased for our reference. Overall, this was an excellent experience and we will be customers for life.
