Cobb Theatres Downtown at the Gardens

We have gone 3 times since the pandemic. The staff here have excellent customer service skills. It was very easy to social distance. I plan to go more often.

Get the large popcorn. It has free refills. Hubby and I love going to watch a movie. Eating all the popcorn. Then taking a bag home for the grand kids. I love going to Cobb Theatres Downtown. The movie theatre is nice. Staff are friendly. But what I really like is coming out and being in the midst of Downtown at the Gardens. All the other stores and the atmosphere.

Recently renovated and looks great but avoid it at all costs last few movies I have seen there are RUINED by people just going there to have a chat apparently . There were people talking on the phone , there was a baby there crying and somehow there were two groups of people who were able to talk louder than the actual movie itself , the people next to us went out to complain and still nothing was done and some people ended up walking out because it was so loud . Go to cineopolis in Jupiter , might be $2 more but at least your not paying to hear loads of people talk then .nnUPDATE: After complaining the manager here actually send me 2 complimentary tickets which Dosent solve the problem but they actually reached out and apologised so cannot fault their customer service which is severely lacking in most businesses .

Tuesday Special $5.00 is great for fixed income people. Rooms are clean, halls are clean and everyone is very pleasant.
