Very clean. Reasonable prices. Personnel very polite and helpful. Excellent social distanced seating. Great to see a movie at a theater again!!! Very few people there so totally felt safe. We also got drinks, popcorn and candy to help with support their sales. We need to support these theaters to keep them in business! ud83cuddfaud83cuddf8ud83dudc9e
I like this theater. Some of the seats are the newest reclining leather, but I would say most are the older 'red' stadium style chairs. The movie quality is similar to other theaters. I would say the ticket prices are cheaper and the concessions too in relation to other theaters. Personally this is one of my favorite theaters because the popcorn is amazing!! Highly recommend. Please note movie theater is on the second floor.
Been coming here for over 10 years and love it because their very easonable prices, friendly and accommodating staff, free point program, clean and safe. Follows Covid safety protocol's like seat distancing and sanitizer stations everywhere. Nice to still be able to go safely to the movies.nnSandra Dee Brown ❤ufe0fnAvalon Park, Orlando
Didnt go to the movies but mystic diner in the good court got one of the best burgers ive had in awhile comparable to a 5 guys burger.
One would think with the mass decline of in-person movie ticket sales due to covid that the theaters would be really “on point” to provide a great experience for moviegoers. Apparently this theater didn’t get the memo. The box at the front was closed with no apparent signs of where to check in / purchase tickets. I meandered to the concession counter where the woman at the counter dryly responded “here” when asked. I tried to be pleasant with her but she had no desire to exhibit anything resembling customer service. We went to the theater and it was smelly - like old popcorn, sweat and that dingy smell when you turn the AC back on after it’s been off for a while.nnThe rows were socially distanced which was great, one of the things I really enjoy about going to the movies now! The seats were fairly comfortable but no exactly the lounge seats I’ve become accustomed to at other theaters. The screen was blank looping the audio for commercials until 5 minutes after show start time (did they forget to turn the movie on???).nnThe sound and movie quality was good. The theater was clean as far as I could see.nnThe popcorn was bland - my daughter rightfully pointed out that our microwave popcorn at home was better. The chocolate was old and stale - we didn’t eat it. I assume it’s been on the shelf for wayyy too long.. gross. After the show they did exchange it for another candy - I heard the manager say they’re all like that just give her something else. Okay.. thanks..nnFinally a bathroom stop before leaving. Oh the joy of looking in 2 stalls with unflushed toilets and pee on the seat of the third. I decided to hold it and just wash my hands.nnDefinitely will not be returning to this sad theater in a relic of a mall. There are many theaters in Orlando that are really on point with the pandemic going on. Sadly, this is not one of them.
