Upscale rural area. Surrounded by lakes and mixed housing projects and ranches. Traffic is mild and people are mixes of locals and foreigners and transplanters.

As with much of Apopka, this could have a facelift. A nip here, a tuck there a bit of reshaping, and the outward appearance would draw more people in to this little plaza that has so much to offer

Good stores. Dollar general. Perkins. Harbour freight.

We went to perkins. haven't been there in years and will never revisit. too many pre cooked items held in advance. disgusting. waffle house is a better choice. freshly cooked everything. the staff nor management didn't seem to care. waiter followed none of my instructions not 1 time. the deserts are all perkins has going for them and the only thing they have left i am impressed with.

Enjoyed getting take out from a place in this plaza. Plaza has easy access to stores and lots of parking.
