This is directed at the Pharmacy only, the rest of the store i have no experience with. As i type I've been on hold for 38 minutes and counting. BUT being on hold this long is not the only reason I'm righting this review, last time i called I was driving in the general direction of this Walgreen thinking about picking up a medication but i was not sure if it was ready. I figured i would call to see if i should swing over while i was going to be in that area. I was on hold for 20 minutes while i drove, no one ever answered and when i decided i would just walk in.. there were 4 people behind the counter and two were having a personal conversation about nothing. Very aggravation. Now i sit here 44 minutes into waiting for someone to answer and i wonder why i'm even bothering because its likely they just don't have to common decency to answer their phones.
