Terrible service. The employees take an extremely long time to get the medication to the person and keep making them return and then wait. The employees instead of doing they’re job they take breaks and talk to each other about off subject things that have nothing to do with the medication. The employees seem not to care that the costumers need they’re medication and without it they won’t be able to continue with their normal everyday routine. If you are planning to come to this pharmacy I recommend you not to. The employees don’t seem to fulfill the costumers needs and show no dedication to their jobs. Reconsider a place that will fulfill your needs. I hope Eaton Apothecary Center fixed this problem and pays more attention to their costumers needs. I am extremely disappointed with this service and I hope you will take this feedback into consideration.

Worst service ever... They are so rude, I don't know if they like the job but at least you can treat people niecely.... no medicine at time... They are giving it 4 hours later... When CVS bought it the service just got terrible...

Always too many customers, never enough cashiers. Also it says they close at 8pm, yet they are locking the And they tell the customers inside DO NOT let anybody at the door inside.doors at at 7:40 - 7:45pm

Meds that were supposedly supposed to be ready thursday still werent done yet at 1pm today nor the prescription for one pill for sunday until i see my dr Monday. I got there at noon and informed them that i had to return to work at 1pm i got the text that they are ready at 2 and just got out of work without enough time to make it there and they are closed sunday.......wonder why im unhappy

I was talking with an fat young lady with ugly hair in the drop off station. She told me that it take 30 minutes to be ready and I told her that I didn't have time for it and I will come back tomorrow. However the next day I went the lady told me that it not ready yet it will ready in 30 minutes I wait again and after 30 minutes I went there again and they told me it not ready. To me they are not work hard enough. Other thing is I hate their attitude how they treat customer. Now I change my pharmacy to CVS cuz I hate peoples working at eaton on Union st in Lynn.
