Put in a call to the fire department for a squawking fire detector at the top of a vaulted ceiling that I could not get to. The two men that came out we're awesome. Friendly and informative. I thought that they were from the 44A Firehouse, but unable to find that one. Relieved that I don't have to worry about that happening in the middle of the night again.
Lieutenant Bennett and Firefighter Jackerson came out to inspect a smoke detector that had scorch marks. All was well but they advised I needed new detectors and then to call back and request assistance with install. I went out and bought new ones and called back and they were back within minutes. They were so professional, helpful and friendly. They had all 6 installed in no time. They were awesome. Thank you guys, I'm SO grateful. Give these guys a raise! Lol. Seriously though, thank you.
