The products and prices were good but the salesman was a little rude!
Luke was awesome! I love when the sales people aren’t pushy or follow me around. Luke was very respectful of my space, told me to reach out if I needed any help and introduced himself very kindly.nnI spent 10 minutes going out of my way just to find Luke to buy my furniture from because I wanted to do my business with him. What a great sales person! Made my experience there better.
The Saugus store is a fabulous place too buy furniture!! The staff there are very friendly!! They don't breathe down your neck with wanting to help you! They don't talk you into buying something else at a higher cost. I was there to purchase bedroom furniture for my son. It was a delightful experience. I loved how their crew treated each other as well! It's a great place to buy furniture!!
I have always had great service from Bernie & Phyl's. I love the different styles of furniture and the prices are right on for the quality. Our salesman, Tom, was great. He showed us how to get to the department we needed and them gave us time to browse on our own before he interacted with us. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. We told him we were going to look at a couple other stores and he gave us his information and said to take a picture of the furnitures information sheet. Which was perfect as I just called the order in after deciding we liked their furniture the best! When I called my order in they already had my information as a previous customer and it was really easy!
Thank you and your team for always giving great customer service. Your employees are very knowledgeable about their products. Dominic helped me find the perfect mattress and I am thankful. The delivery team was very nice as well. They were so nice, and funny!!
