The store manager could mot have been any more helpful, informative, and kind in our first purchase in New England. He went out of his way to help us find the color and style we sought in trying to match two slightly older recliners. Don was outstanding in his support and effort! We will be back to shop!!!
Great service. They were very busy and I waited about 5 minutes (it was tax free day). I had tried to call, but got an answering machine so I decided to get in the car and go to the store to try out the recliner. Marvens Fedna was my sales associate. He was very patient with me, as I had to decide recliner and color of fabric. He showed me the options available and I never felt rushed. He is very congenial and listens to the customer's needs. Great service.
