STAY FAR AWAY FROM TRITONnSTAY FAR AWAY FROM TRITONnSTAY FAR AWAY FROM TRITONnnGO TO 360 DETAILINGnIf you want someone to really care how your car looks and have it come out actually amazing to stay that way go to 360 have done a phenomenal job on any cars I've sent their way including my own personal carsnn360 detailing is my recommendationnnHere is by far the worst experience I've had at any wash bay I've been to if you like to readnnTook 20 minutes to get into a wash bay just to have my dollars not accepted for 5 minutes out of every single what I had then I went to change and only had about a 75 cents put it machine age it finally went to card which for the $3 spray down there's a $5 minimum credit card fee which I ended up getting double charged for water was warm but would never return to be honest considering I paid 4 times what I expected and probably waited four times as long as I thought at any other competitors wash baynnThis place is a double charge credit card scam that scamming they're wash bay and vac customers. Have someone you can trust with touch and clean your cars and this not itnnGO TO 360 DETAILINGnIf you want someone to really care how your car looks and have it come out actually amazing along with staying that way go to 360 have a done phenomenal job on any and any cars I've sent their way including my own personal cars making antiques look new making new cars straight out the factory with defects corrected doing amazing paintless dent removal if you're in the market do tint and coating interior or if you're just literally looking for a wash they offer one at a same or cheaper price with people who would actually know how to wash cars and not a tunnel to scratch your car all up if you care about the way your car looks and want to maintain it and add/keep value head to 360 detailingnnSTAY FAR AWAY FROM TRITONnCan't speak on whether they're avoiding tax or what's happening here but I guarantee they're scamming customers and that's just wrong if anyone's reading this with any sort of power in Salem I'd highly recommend investigating them I also intend to file a review with the better business bureau after seeing all these others listing out the same sort of problems and scamming techniques go to someone you trust and who will do a way better job than these clowns who can't do more than spray down you car and trick you into double paying

Excellent location! The tunnel wash is $24 and it does a fantastic job! The brand new Touch Free “Tsunami” system is $20 but you can add additional services on for a few extra bucks. It also does a great job. Highly recommend! Best car wash in Salem MA, by far!

Disappointed when I tried to use pressure water spray and it wasn't working. So I used pressure soap spray instead and had no way to wash it off, white drops of spray were dried all over my car. I'm filing tax fraud against this company with the Salem city for how they're forcing you to pay noticeably more in card payments if you don't have cash. Hey owner, it's 2020 did you realize cash is not used by 90%+ of the population anymore.

Went to vaccuum the car, the fist machine shut off after i swiped my card. The second machine barely had any suction even after spending extra money on turbo suction, it wouldn't pick up small dirt or sand. Now i have to go to another place. Disappointed and now have to spend more money and time. And no one to really help. Needed a wash but going somewhere else.
