Dirty. Careless. Unsafe. I mean, literally (literally) you can step on a needle in their parking lot. It’s happened to their own employees. The pharmacy no longer sells needles for goodness sakes. They could overhaul this store and make it nice. I don’t mean cosmetically. Manage your staff, cleanliness, and how many can enter the store. Wow.
Brooke at the 2100 South 900 East location went above and beyond to help my wife and I with her prescription. Unbelievable customer service! Thanks Brooke!
They always give me fast service and I like it.
Smiths is a classic grocery store. Their gas rewards program make it well worth shopping there. For every 100 points, gives you 10 cents off per gallon of gas. Completing their shopping receipt survey gives you an extra 50 points towards the gas rewards program.
I've always had a great experience with the employees at this Smith's Pharmacy. They always make an effort to value and take care of their customers, even though it seems like there's almost always a backed up line. I've been filling up at this one for several years and it's been awesome.
