I had the worst possible experience with this company. First of all they tell you that they insure your cargo but when everything arrived destroyed to me they are not responsive and claim the only insurance they provide is airplane insurance for 100% loss. In other words no insurance. All my goods arrived destroyed. When I tried reaching out to them, I was left chasing them around. 80% of my goods arrived destroyed. They tell you they will pack for you but they disappeared until one week before the pick up date. Then they did not pack and did not comply with the agreement in any way. Be aware of this company and do not risk you belongings. They will not cover any losses and I was left to chase them. They do not comply with anything they promise.
