Pharmacist lectured my friend with ASTHMA to use her inhaler less because she "doesn't need it". Very bad customer service.

Just spoke with the rudest pharmacy tech ever. I called to communicate that my doctors office right across the street was going to be in contact with them about my medication that is due today. One of those medications is for anxiety and due to the earthquake we had today (that she is aware of) really did a number on me. She was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful towards me with her tone and attitude towards me. I understand that right now is probably the busiest they've ever been but there comes a point where one in the medical field needs to take her professionalism seriously. I just got off my 12 hour ICU night shift at the hospital. I understand the frenzy and impact its having on all of us more than ever Plus the last 3+ months I felt they have purposely pushed back my meds by 3 days on this same exact issue. And it has been so hard to be patient with them especially cause I see my doctor evey 3 months and have for about 7years or more... write my scripts 3 months out every time plus ive personally talked to him about it and he shows me how he sends them im so upset right now. Ive been treated badly but never that bad whoever that pharmacy tech is. I will find out and post her name later! Very disappointed

I just spoke with the rudest pharmacy tech ever, literally it was these disgruntled one-word responses and then she intentionally hung up on me when I asked what meds I ordered for pickup...
