I am so frustrated with the phone tree. I needed to speak to a pharmacist and just got stuck in a horrible cycle. Walgreens lost a customer today. I’m sure you have so many you don’t mind, but wanted others to know.
So far excellent service. Will keep you posted. The assistant manager that was the rite aid store manager has always kept we very satisfied at both stores.
Shop there often while picking up scripts. The Pharmacy and technicians are all fast kind amd helpful and always greet you with a friendly smile and know me by name. Same goes for the store workers. They always make sure you get the very best prices and deals possible! If you are not using the rewards program you are missing out and spending to much money! I get my walking excercise in when i wander the store to look at all the deals where most stores will accuse you of casing there place. But the only reason that I can get my head out of the house is to do a little shoppping its hard working your entire life then getting very I'll and have to stop working
but theyake it bearable....
Several months in a row without getting an order right. Wouldn't read their own notes. Wouldn't help solve problems that they had caused. I'd rather go to the DMV.
Service is always quick and convinient with professional knowlagable pharmacists!
