I'm a business owner. I make a majority of decisions for our health care plans. I've been with Select Health (and IHC) since our company opened in 2003. I was told this was the place to go for PT. Perhaps this is truly the last poor experience I can really take with an IHC institution. After the unprofessional and inadequate customer service experience I just had, I'm unsure if I made the right choice for my company to stay with Select Health, or to stay in the IHC system.
