Dr. Patterson and her staff were rude on 07/15/19 ,didn't want to make an appointment for my husband who had an acute abdominal pain and he ended in the ER! NOW THE STAFF ARE REVIEWING ALL TRANSACTIONS FROM LAST YEAR AND CHARGING US, BE AWARE!!!! NOT ONLY IS LOOKING FOR EVERY SINGLE PENNY TO TAKE OUT OF YOU FROM YOU , AFTER TWO YEARS GIVE ME A BREAK!!! I SHOULDN'T PAY A PENNY BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE HER AS A NURSE, BECAUSE SHE IS NOT EVEN A GOOD DR. NOR WE HAVE THAT INSURANCE ANYMORE, STOP CHASING US!!!!! WATCH OUT, THEY WILL GO AFTER YOU

Wait time is fast. Dr. Patterson is very sweet and very attentive. Ladonna in the front desk is such a sweetheart.

Doctor Quack would be the better term for this “practitioner” of medicinenShe is incompetent to say the least.nI wasted $50 today. Thank god I have knowledge and background so I would let this quack tell me a bunch of nonsense

Quarantined per doctor's advice awaiting covid results and experiencing extreme joint pain. Called at 9am to ask for help and was told they could get me medicine by END OF THE DAY. Or go to ER. The office did call in medicine before lunch which is all one could expect, though I wasn't notified when the medicine was called in. Hopefully was just dealing with a misinformed receptionist.
