I can’t thank this team enough. They were very kind and calming. I am someone who shakes and brakes out in hives when going to the dentist and they were SO NICE to me. I was numbed you well where I didn’t feel anything. Which is a first for me. I have to finish my work next week and I’m not nervous the way I usually am because this visit had gone so well. I appreciate the those who worked with/on my tooth.

Everyone at Monarch Dental were extremely friendly. I have been scared of dental visits since I was a child but I felt very comfortable there. Dr Smith is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be going back!

I was given an appointment one day later and taken care promptly when I arrived. Their staff is kind and professional and they accepted my insurance. I’ll return and refer over and over! Thank you to the dental front line workers here!

No, I did not enjoy my visit, I was not able to sit down and discuss my bill and my insurance to figure out if Monarch is who I was going to go through for this life-changing event? No one has contacted me back after leaving a message after sitting in the parking lot waiting on someone to call me back in to talk to someone which never happened.

Wonderful people work here. The service I received unfortunately was terrible, they took x-rays, brushed my teeth, flossed them, put a fluoride gel on them and sent me on my way. Talk about in and out. I literally got in my vehicle and could still see how dirty my teeth were, I ended up going to a local competitor, Greg Alford’s office the very next day and got my teeth cleaned there, they spent over an hour on my teeth, charged me less, and did twice the work! I will never go back to Monarch Dental!
