This place is a little gem in big Stone Gap! The food was absolutely amazing.. such a down-home feel with great decor! And the service was fantastic! this is definitely a must on your list to do in big Stone! Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed...
Caring staff made my day when after attempting to treat myself to wings at another local spot I was disappointed and four seasons staff promised me the best wings I'd ever had. They were! They always remember my mom (who is fighting cancer) and I by name. I love that they're serving our community ud83dudc9d it's wonderful to have what you need at a good value, plus the friendly service. It means a lot to us. Especially when we're dealing with so many health issues. Delivery when we can't get out is a huge bonus, and an appreciated option.
Everything was nice and the waitress was friendly and pretty. But unfortunately I asked for medium on my rib eye and it came completely well done. The waitress asked if they should make another one, but I stated I was so hungry and I declined. You would think they'd either cook me a correct one anyway or at the very least credit something of the bill but they didn't. Other then that I liked the place.
Waited around an hour for a BLT with bacon so hard I wouldn’t eat it. Waitress didn’t seem to know what she was doing. People who got there after us got their food before us.
The food is good..definitely come here if you want the worst service and least helpful staff in wise county. We have ate here several times and surprisingly the service gets worse as the prices go up.
