Always packed and the lines are long at times but the employees are amazing and very much helpful

Dr.s are horrible!! They're controlling and have you scared to leave them. I stayed out of fear for over 3 years and they changed my insurance without me knowing and I was locked in and I never got any care from the dr I had and I had white coat syndrome and i suffered for so long. They punished me by taking my anxiety meds away which hurt me more, they wouldn't do any tests on me and i have lupus and other health problems. It's hell on earth there!! A zoo!! I never suffered so much in my life as a human being. I have ptsd from going there and I finally had to pull myself away and from the stress, I got shingles, high blood pressure, ptsd, lymph nodes are huge, I'm still doing tests. They ruined my life! The dr forced himself to be my dr and would not let the dr i chose to see me and it goes on.....it was hell on earth!

I went there to get medical records. The place next to holy family hospital was closed with no sign telling the consumer where to go. So I had to call up to find out that it was closed and to find another place. Once I got to the Haverhill Street facility, It was very busy and seem to be running very efficiently. But for the failure to inform I would have given this place four stars.nnBut not even to put up a sign is a reckless disregard for the patients.
