I had total knee replacement surgery in October and came to Benchmark Physical Therapy for rehab. My therapist Shayne was absolute the best! In 4 weeks, he had me walking and my knee at 115 degree. I highly recommend Benchmark for anyone who needs therapy! The whole staff is wonderful and very helpful! Shayne is my hero for getting me back to normal!

I really appreciate the care and encouragement ! Partial knee replacement on both knees 6 weeks apart, a bit of a challenge but thanks to Shane and everyone I'm doing great.

A awesome group of pts and staff. Shane was very professional and knowledgeable of the areas I need to work on. Great homework plan. I highly recommend them.

Noël is very knowledgeable and caring. She made sure I was comfortable through all of my therapy. I made improvements through the use of everything I had been taught. I am happy with how much more I can move with less pain.

I came to BenchMark PT in Bristol, TN, after my hip replacement, to do “work hardening” therapy so as to return to work. I am extremely happy with my results and Im back up and running at probably 98% with the remaining 2% recovery to come over time. The entire staff was extremely professional & knowledgeable, and took the extra time to listen and engage with me to really get to know me and understand my issues & concerns. My therapy was perfectly tailored to my rehab needs. Very pleased with my results and highly recommend this location & its staff!
