I'm about to be a graduate of NOVA and I must say that they handled the restrictions of corona virus very well. They are very understanding of students and have put many measures in place to make sure students don't have to visit anything in person if they are not comfortable with that which I really appreciate. Highly recommend going for NOVA instead of starting at a four year.

I wanted to leave a review to explain a few things.nTo all the people complaining that their class was to hard, this is a school for ADULTS. This isnt highschool where the teachers will hold your hand and guide you through the class. You are expected to put forth the effort and LEARN SOMETHING. If the teacher just GAVE you the information, there would be no need for you to commit that to memory. So grow up and quit crying about how unfair life is.nnSecondly i have actually been to a couple other community colleges around the country and this by FAR was the best. My teachers were amazing and had no problems helping me with anything as long as i reached out to them first and showed that i wanted the information. Best thing you could do for yourself is to go to a community college and then transfer to a 4 year. NOVA also has REALLY good transfer programs between the public universities in Virginia and Elsewhere.

Denied financial aid even though Im still getting FAFSA at another school. Glad I chose another route. Was told fabrications (lies) and case was denied. Repeat: I still get FAFSA. What a joke. Broken links and Help desk doesnt call back. Teachers might be decent but I couldnt tell past the administration. . Lackluster. Shameful.

One of the best decisions you can make to save money and still end up with a great degree from many of the same four year institutions in the long run.
