This is an amazing resource for this region. The museum offers incredible rotating exhibits that showcase wonderful artists - regional and beyond - and allow for a true celebration of art and culture our society needs. They offer tons of activities for all ages, including an Easter egg hunt that we participated in today. With tons of prizes and incentives to encourage kids to embrace the arts from a young age, this totally free museum is one that deserves the highest accolades.
We love William King. Free to visit but we always make it a point to donate as they have very interesting rotating exhibits and many great community events - many free and for kids. Most recent example we’ve been to being the Halloween drive-thru. We very much enjoyed the technology meets art exhibit. And the rainbow shoe wall downstairs was pretty cool too.
The staff is amazing. The gentleman that sculpts was very friendly and we had an excellent conversation. It is definitely worth a visit. Small but amazing exhibits.
I love this place. definitely helps my right brain. Always different exhibits, have yet to be disappointed
My wife and I were very disappointed in the displays, it was not very interactive or informative. The staff was friendly but we found more interesting and older artifacts at the antique barn up the road than in this museum. Thankfully they don't charge any admission bc that would have been an absolute waste of money as well as time.
