Bonefish is my favorite franchise but with Covid-19 and Uber Eat it wasn't the best experience.nnLetter I received from the manager was nice, but I did not see any complementary card. It would've been nice if they didn't include complementary card and just said they were sorry they messed up. At least I wouldn't have expected anything if that was the case.nnBut Bonefish still is my favorite franchise since their meals and bread are so tasty, hope the covid-19 passes soon so I can enjoy the Genuine Bomefish experience with my wife and 3 year old son instead of delivery.

Was at bone fish this evening with my family for my 30th birthday and were seated in an area of the restaurant near the bar. There was a obnoxious group of people that were drunk.nnWhen I spoke to Nicole the manager she was very polite and professional and explained she understood that the group was obnoxious and offered to take care of the meal for us and to move us from that table to a dinning room seating area. I noticed after that, that the group at that table where they were drunk had simmered down after I can only assume they were spoken to about their behavior. Our server who’s name escapes me was a very nice young lady she was very sweet and kind and understanding.nnI would like to thank her and Nicole for their service and understanding.nnWill definitely be returning to this location and asking for the same server

I always come grabbing some food in here. I enjoy the rapid service and well cooked dishes. Keep up the good work.

seafood at this location - very good. Cool place to meet and catch up with coworkers. The staff was friendly and observant. The bill was reasonable.

Gave 4 stars because they didn't have a full menu but that's ok. I had the crab cake and filet mignon. It was very good. I didn't have wine but I enjoyed a Ketel One vodka w/lime. I enjoyed my dining experience at this location and we didn't have a long wait like the diners across the street at Sweetwater Tavern!
