Capt. Gregory Fried is the MOST community oriented police commander the Franconia Dist. Sta. has ever had. Other commanders such as Sean Parker served the Lee District well. However, Capt. Fried distinguishes himself by going above & beyond the 'call of duty' to try to get his command staff & the entire police station 'team' (sworn officers, civilians & volunteers) to attend community celebrations, events, etc. This way they get to know the people they 'protect & serve' in a more comfortable/informal setting. It helps diffuse the more tension filled times they might interact with citizens in the course of their day to day performance of their stressful jobs! THANK YOU CAPT. FRIED FOR ALL YOU DO!

Got into an accident and called 911. The responder gave me an attitude and it took almost an hour (57 minutes) for someone to arrive. The officer was very professional and was very helpful.

Honestly if you do wrong they have to pull you over. They are just doing their job. They are not bad people. Imagine this you don’t what they have been through. Too much crime in the area. If I do something wrong. I am not going to blame them I am going to blame myself. So take action for your mistakes. Nobody is above the law.

They abuse people. Fear for your safety around them.
