At 96 years old, it is a challenge to keep active.nWeekly PT sessions with Kristy Blair of Ideal Wellness has kept me moving. I am stronger than when I started PT. Kristy and Mike are fantastic! They provide me individual attention. Most PT providers have two if not three patients to attend to during your PT sessions. In just a few meetings, i have made significant physical improvements!!
