This practice is doing an amazing job with COVID-19 procedures - temperature checks before every visit, sanitizing surfaces between exercises during your session and between clients, and social distancing when more than 3 people are being seen at the same time. I highly recommend the care and attention to detail provided by therapist, Lisa Siano.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with physical therapy. The front desk, physical therapist (Erika), and all support staff were all exceptional. Had a copay issue, but everyone was great about helping me sort that out. Very responsive staff. The program was specific to my needs and I had tremendous improvement of my condition by participating in the prescribed plan. Would recommend 100%.

Best therapists all around, each one of them. They know what they're doing and do it right or modify according to your improvement and needs. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. The front desk service is always courteous and professional.

I wish 0 stars was an option. This does not go against the therapists... but this this the front counter. I had requested to cancel a string of appointments except for the one before my doc appointment. Well, theres a problem. Not only did that appointment get canceled, but my next appointment rubs up against the 1 month date... I will need a reevaluation.nnThe concept was to make sure all appointments were within that window. That is $225 (roughly) out of pocket, I didnt plan to spend. Im rather heated right now, and even though it is 45 min away from my location, going to the Centreville offices is not out of reach to escape ineptitued at the front office. Cross posted on mutiple social media and review outlets.
