went to pay a parking ticket and the clerk was to-the-point and didnt mess around trying to talk to me. A thoroughly straightforward experience.

Went in person to ask simple questions about voter registration, was met with attitude and judgement from a middle aged heavy set bald white dude and an older white cat lady with curly brown hair... I don’t suggest going there for any sort of information, and by the other reviews it looks like they don’t do much anyways. Don’t waste your time, just vote and go.

I do not even want to give them 1 star review. It has been almost a month that I have waited to get the building permit. Every-time I call, they ask me to check back in next week. I was told it should be done in 7-10 days. Worst Customer Service. I was called and told that there are some errors in the plan that I submitted and they charged me reviewing fee again! Even after changing me twice they still have not reviewed my plan. They never answer your call. Its not just one department its the whole city office. I called their water department to install water for the first time a week before moving to Manassas Park. The lady would answer the phone and act as if she did not hear me. I tried calling several times throughout the week and then, only it was answered by someone else!

Can't reach them at all but yet they want you to pay them. SMH.
