Used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Went this week and felt totally unwelcome inside the restaurant. We are not part of the technology era so we didn't know how to use the menu machine on the table. Apparently a menu you can read is a drain on the staff. Don't worry we won't return.
Chili's is one of those comfy places with comfy foods. Never considered them a dining destination but I love them as a watering hole with some pretty good bar food.
Had trouble ordering. Our waitress was no where to be found when we needed help trying to find the menu. Ended up having to use my phone to find the menu! Wasnt real happy! But the food was great!
Don't eat here if you don't want to wait outside for a table longer than it takes to eat a meal!... There were more EMPTY tables than there were seated. Was told there was a 25 to 30 minute wait just to be seated, saying seat-distancing was the excuse. Went next door to a full Golden Corral and was SEATED immediately. Don't eat at this Chilis. Last visit they used understaffing as their excuse to make my family wait (2 people), for 30 minutes. Each time, walked away, found nearby restaurant with no wait.
Good food. Fast service. Very good staff
