We eat there several times a week. The regulars all know me and know how we like our food prepared. They are all super friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. My kids don't like a lot of pizza sauce and they usually get it just right. They aren't perfect so they've gotten too much sauce a couple of times. Both times they have fixed us a new pizza cheerfully and for free. I couldn't ask for better service anywhere!
Absolutely horrible. Waited 2 hours for a delivery and we live within walking distance. Tried to cancel the order and get a refund. She refused and said they don’t give refunds. When it arrived every bit of the order was wrong and cold. The girl was very rude, incompetent, and unhelpful over the phone.
They are just like all the other Pizza Pluses in SWVA. They are a little pricey. The food is ok, but they do have a lot of options to choose from.
Pizza is very good here. Love the thin crust. Good service, occasionally slow. But normally a really good place to stop and get a slice.
Me and my family eat here at least once a month. We usually do delivery and our food is always hot. Delivery is fast and our orders are always correct.
