I cannot get their phone extension numbers to work. I have an appointment on 7 May 2019, but I did not get the notification until 30 April 2019 even though it is dated 15 April 2019. None of this makes sense to me. They're telling me my SNAP benefits are expiring, and that I must have my New application into them by 4 April 2019. I do not drive and must arrange rides two weeks ahead of schedule. This just seems as if I am being set up to fail. I really do not know what to do. If it takes two weeks for mail to arrive anywhere, I cannot mail my application, and the online avenue is untrustworthy. What do I do? Will anyone actually read this? When? Patricia Lindsey
