The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with what I was looking for. This is a smaller store but very nice.

The shop online, pick-up same day service really helped me out in a bind. Though service at the store was terrible.nThe door entry bell rang to signify customer had entered, but there wasn't an employee to be seen. After about two minutes, I heard some movement, but found no one after looking around. When I finally came upon an employee, I didn't even know she worked there because she was having a chat with another girl her age. She didn't acknowledge me until their conversation was over, and walked with me to the service desk. There was a second employee standing now where I had been waiting, casually adjusting the biscuit display.nHad this employee simply not cared to acknowledge or help me?? So confused by the whole experience. Will likely not be using this location again.

They have a good variety of products for your loved pets. Customer service, not the greatest :(
