Scheduled an appointment with our regular groomer. For some reason the appointment was not in the system when we showed up. No biggie, I was willing to use someone else. I was told Alana would be grooming my puppy. However when I got a call from Erin that he was ready I was confused. Long story short I was told my puppy was “ extremely difficult to work with” and I can only book with Heather. Mind you that I did book with Heather but it was not in the system. Although Erin was really unprofessional I still gave her a tip. Please note, she is new to grooming so to label my puppy as difficult was uncalled for. She could have shown more tact when speaking to me.nI will give PetSmart one more chance because I do like Heather’s work.
Well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. Obviously a pet friendly place. Curbside pickup available.
This location has all my dog and fish needs readily available. The staff is also quite pleasant.
Very unsatisfied with how they groomed my dogs. There are much better places. I had to use them as a last resort. Should have known better. Way over priced for the quality.
The grooming department is unprofessional & kept me on hold for a very long time & did not communicate well. I think they need better training in every aspect. They did not make me feel comfortable with leaving my dog in their care at all.
