Charlie is the most reputable buy here pay here dealer i’ve ever known, he has been selling and financing cars for over 20+ years and that says a lot! A couple of reviews suggest he just walks away as if he’s not interested in selling anything and that couldn’t be further from the truth!nCharlie is like a one arm paper hanger and sometimes he gets so busy it’s hard to answer the phones and wait on 2 or 3 customers at a time, be patient and he will help you find the right car for the right price, he’s a hands on guy and Loves his customers!ud83dude00
About a year ago I bought a Honda Civic coupe which is couple of years old - it is immaculate, and runs like it’s almost brand new! Charles is the gentleman I bought the car from - he was so helpful & very knowledgeable. They are friendly & professional at Bi-Rite Auto Sales, I would most definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Even after purchasing the car, if I have any questions, they are always happy to help. It was actually a pleasure buying a car from them!

Lousy service Charlie walks away from his customers in the middle of the sale/conversation. He should learn what customer service is, you get treated better at the big stealerships. Plus they have a warranty or go to another small dealer with more selection plus less attitude. I don't mind paying less but I never realized age was an excuse for rudeness and this guy wants my money?? No thanks
