This place has a staff that’s very polite and friendly. I had an emergency and needed a simple favor, Janice at the front desk was so understanding and understood the circumstances of today’s world (COVID 19), and helped me with a smile on her face. Just because of this, if I am ever in that area and need work done, I will gladly give them my business due to her kindness.nnSide note - The DMV that shares a building with them should have all their employees take note of how to help clients/customers. They sure could use more people like Janice.

Pro Auto Body went above and beyond for me! They fixed my car earlier than expected, did a great job, and even helped me financially when my insurance wouldn't pay for part of the work! I am extremely thankful for their kindness and wonderful service! God Bless!

Pro Auto has repaired several of my vehicles in the past. They have always done an excellent job. Yesterday Dave helped me out with a problem caused by someone who was late and backed into me. Dave got my car repaired while I waited. Can’t get that type of service generally. Thanks..

Worst repair ever!! Zip ties, and paint didn’t match. State Farm adjuster was happy to point out all the bad handy work they did and got it fixed at Reynolds! David is a liar as well and didn’t disclose after market parts.
