Visited the registrar's office, very friendly and helpful staff
This review is towards OC DSS : Totally unprofessional. Why have a phone if you don't use it? I have made a total of 15+ calls in the last few days and never once got a call back. Not to mention others have called for me and everyone is sent to Voicemail. This is a serious issue!nOn another note they don't care about helping children in danger. My sister is in trouble and they just don't care. They sent her back to her abusers and won't even bother to give me a follow up. As long as at the end of the day they get a paycheck and their own family isn't in danger it's all good!nI would give them 0 stars if I could.
Everytime I call to speak with someone, i always have the rudest experience. I called this morning and was very rudely told the computers were down so she couldn't tell me anything and was very quick to say goodbye and I was not done speaking. It's very unprofessional and very rude. Something seriously needs to be done about the awful front desk staff.
