My son broke his thumb, needed surgery and PT afterward. We found NOVA Hand Therapy Center literally on a search and decided to give it a try from all the good reviews. Well, those reviews were spot on! We had a wonderful experience with them. From the scheduling, to all the therapists and the center itself. Today was my son's final appointment and he has progressed so well. If anyone needs PT for your hand, wrist or elbows, I would highly recommend NOVA Hand Therapy Center!

I do not recommend them. There is no privacy here. Everyone is having therapy in a big open hall with everyone else, where everyone can hear your conversation with the therapist. The prices are high in spite of the insurance. The therapists are polite although the owner is a different story.

I had an amazing experience at NOVA Hand Therapy! I could not recommend enough. They are all so friendly and efficient when it comes to healing and treatment. The therapists really take the time to individualize the care, 5 stars all around!

I went to NOVA Hand Therapy Center for a fractured wrist. I got a lot of personal attention from each of the four therapists, and together we worked toward my goal of full recuperation. I finished therapy a month ago, and I’m still doing a daily subset of exercises. If I skip, then my wrist is a little bit stiff. But they tell me I may have a few more months to absolute full recovery.nnOnce COVID-19 hit, my sessions were on telehealth which worked out extremely well. I had one hour one-on-one quality time.nnDana owns the therapy center, and she was my main therapist. Occasionally, I saw Katie, Sarah, and Chanele. All are great therapists. I owe them tremendous thanks!nnAnd the whole office staff is very friendly and personable. I highly recommend.

I had been to 3 different physical therapist in this area with no or only minimal improvement before finding Nova Hand Therapy. The staff is highly professional, genuinely friendly and committed to helping me gain back the use of my left hand. At the other PT locations I always felt like there was a big rush to shove me out the door after 45 minutes. However, at Nova I have never been rushed and they have been highly responsive in allowing me to take the time I need. They have introduced me to therapies that none of the other locations offered, which have been instrumental in my functional improvements. All of the therapist are highly competent and willing to try new techniques to investigate every possible avenue for progress. I am extremely happy that I found Nova and for the first time in almost two years feel like there is a chance I will gain back the use of my hand. OUTSTANDING!
